Fabrika Mysli (Thought Factory)
“Fabrika Mysli: idei dlya Rossii” (Thought Factory: Ideas for Russia) is a contest for those who can think “outside the box”, are not frightened to make original decisions and seek national fame. This is a unique chance for them to realise their ideas and dreams, no matter how incredible they might be.
This project is structured as a multi-level competition among inventors offering their “brainchild” for a competent jury to judge. The participants in the competition have included both professionals and amateurs. Modern Kulibins have demonstrated inventions in the sphere of consumer goods and talked interestingly about them. Only one minute is given for the presentation and this time has to suffice to convince the strict judges that the given invention is the best, that it can really facilitate the lives of millions of people in the country and make an invaluable contribution to Russia. Hundreds of inventors from all round the country have taken part in the program. The winner of the competition received a substantial money prize and his invention was recognised as the “Best idea for Russia”!
