Premier of Code of Honor 5

From February, 6th - the new season of Code of Honor on NTV channel!

The fifth season, consisting of 16 episodes, the main characters - Pastukh, Doc and Max - will face even the most dangerous adventures. They will have to secretly safeguard the young scientist who can be kidnapped by an international corporation. The scientist is very close to fundamental discovery which can make a revolution in medicine. Another story is connected to the mysterious death of Russian men coming from the USA. The only clue - they all were married to American women. Moreover, the agents have to neutralize the terrorist gang hiding close to military base; to find the "mole" who forwards the secret information to the West; to detect the large drug traffic net; to investigate the murder of homeless woman who have one million dollars in her bag; and to save the general Golubev who is in trouble. And in one of the most exciting series the Pastukhov's team will help the colleague the information about whom is so confidential that they know only several things about him.

The leading actors tell about the shootings in the fifth season and about their characters.

Igor Lagutin (Sergey Pastukhov):

- Pastukh was a member of a special unit and became the agent of secret organization. This is the other activity sphere but he carries on war. But this is the hidden war with other rules and characters. Facing other people, he changes, tries to adapt to new circumstances. But the sense of justice and anxiety to fight for truth are sometimes stronger than the chiefs' orders. He can disobey Golubev and acts on impulse.

Gennady Mitnik (Ivan Peregudov, alias Doc):

- Doc was a military surgeon. From responsible executor he became the individually thinking professional. In the new season the character's pungency of wit and kindness will be added by several new traits. The flash-like decisions of Doc save the whole team in nonstandard situations.

Andrey Savostianov (Maxim Nikitin, alias Max):

- Those who watched the Code of Honor from the very beginning remember who Max Nikitin was - he was homeless without citizenship, suspected in a crime. Pastukhov, Doc and especially General Golubev helped this lost person. It turned out that Max has family. When Max started to work with the guys, he was timid and preferred to be silent. Little by little, with help of his friends, he uncovered his traits: became friendly, funny. I think that Max is a complex character who still has secrets. As for the shootings, the most interesting ones were the underwater shooting. According to theme, agents follow the criminals on yachts; wander in the castle trying to find the kidnapped colleague. My father was one of the first divers in the USSR, and I also go in for diving. So, despite the fact that the shootings were uneasy and it was rather difficult for actors, I gladly dipped into the water.

Director of all episodes Georgy Nikolaenko (General Golubev):

- Two episodes are devoted to my character, General Golubev - there he investigates the murder of his friend. In this episode I had to turn the clock back and to fight. Generally, the shooting of fifth season seemed more difficult for me, but still they were more interesting and busy. When shooting in Croatia, the sea was stormy. And according to subject, the actors had to stay in the water. Stunt men were always close to help us. But everything went well. At the shootings in Gelendgik it was raining for 10 days. And, of course, it was shot. But, as for me, the rain created the nessary atmosphere of the episode.
