19 August /2011Fan of Return of Mukhtar-2 has published a book based on the series
15-year-old Anya Titova from Moscow, inspired by the adventures of her favorite hero Mukhtar, wrote the book "Hot on the heels." The book is written in the genre of the diary, which is kept by ...Vaks, a police dog. Vaks and his owner Volodya begin a new crime investigation. But it is not the plot that is interesting but the thoughts of the dog. In the course of the narration Vaks acts as a reasonable and sensitive dog. He considers himself a genius detective and he is sure that Mukhtar can’t be compared with him. Stalking a criminal, Volodya falls in the bank of snow, and it was a shame for Vaks. In the book the prototypes of the series heroes also appear: forensics analyst Probirkin (Sadowski in the series), crime investigator Lena Kon'kova (Lena Brusnikina in the first season). The name of the main dog-hero is borrowed from real life: dog Vaks, more precisely Vaks Vaysrusland Kirshental, was one of the dogs playing Mukhtar.
