Closing of the American TV series Law & Order – one of the most popular and long-playing TV series in America will have no effect on shooting of the Russian counterpart. This was announced by Pavel Korchagin, Studio 2V General Manager. NBC finishes showing its oldest flagship Law & Order series. However, as you may know, this series has “kids” of its own - Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. We are now shooting only the fourth season of the “kids” and have more than enough stuff to use. “We are going to keep on working as long as there is viewer interest”, – Pavel Korchagin is assuring.
NBC TV channel has officially confirmed the information of closing down Law & Order. The last episode will be shown this month. At the same time, the TV network has renewed demonstration of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (Law & Order (in Russian version): Operative Investigations Unit) and started preparing for new series shooting: Law & Order: Los Angeles.
