Studio 2V has started shooting a new season of the TV series Law & Order. SVU and Law & Order. Criminal Intent (“Zakon I Poryadok. Otdel operativnykh rassledovaniy” and “Zakon I Poryadok. Prestupny Umysel”).
The action in both serials begins with an already committed crime and the arrival of experts to the place of crime. In Law & Order. SVU they deal with sex related crimes, in Law & Order. Criminal Intent another team of professionals investigates complicated cases connected with murder, swindling, etc. During 48 minutes the viewers watch the scrupulous work of investigators who step by step untangle the tricky riddles of the criminals, bite their baits but finally find the lawbreakers.
Since 1990 the Law & Order has successfully been shown in 180 countries of the world. In 2007 Studio 2V obtained exclusive rights to produce a Russian version of the legendary serial. Unprecedented agreements between the titleholder and the producer marked an event when for the first time in the Russian history an American primetime serial was tailored for the Russian audience. The first season was shown in spring of 2007 and had a high rating. The second and third seasons were also popular with the viewers.
